InterScience has developed a unique optical system capable of imaging a 3pi steradian solid angle onto a single image plane. This technology is integrated with visible, near-infrared, infrared cameras and image intensifiers for applications including commercial and military surveillance, perimeter detection, industrial inspection, and pipe inspection. Complementary C-View™ display technology, to improve the visualization by the surgeon, is also under development.
