Real Time Elemental X-ray Fluorescence (REX)
In a joint venture effort, InterScience, Inc. and KMD Science, Inc. are developing a high end real-time XRF system that identifies contaminants in-situ by detecting dissolved ions in a flow through mode, down to Parts-per-Billion (PPB) levels. The fully automated system includes a novel pre-concentration cell and proprietary operational and analysis results reporting software.
